I have a spacious 2 bedroom flat available as a filming location in Streatham Park, London, SW16. The property is victorian, and the flat is on the 1st floor.

The lounge is c.20ft by 14ft and has orginal wood flooring/ original fireplaces and features beautiful bespoke heavy silk curtains and an amazing chandelier. The large sash windows look out into treetops, making the room feel private and secluded.

Both bedrooms are also large c16ft by 14ft, and look out onto trees and gardens. Again they feature wooden flooring and original fireplaces.

The kitchen is state of the art,(c. 15ft by 8ft) with stunning white fittings contrasting with the black granite floor and work surfaces.

Finally the bathroom, is small, but has a great walk in shower, which is tiled in a funky pink mosaic.

Parking on the road is free, so it is often used as a filming location for programmes such as The Bill. London based Production companies also often use Tooting Bec Lido which is 400m further down the road.
