We are UKFilmLocation.com - a film and photo shoot Locations Agency formed in 2005 and dedicated to offering a comprehensive location service to owners of a broad range of properties in the UK and Europe.

Our properties span the contemporary to decrepit, from Period Mansions to Warehouses, all being easily found via a website menu system that has been refined over years to be as simple to navigate as possible.

Our goal is to deliver cost-effective, differentiated Agency services to Movie Location Owners, and the Film, PR and Stills communities who use locations, learning from past experiences and constantly looking for ways to improve the services we provide.

Those who use our services will experience our passion for the industry, commitment to our clients, and regular ability to deliver in identifying locations against some of the toughest and most diverse briefs and within identified budgets.

Whilst the majority of our locations are offered on an exclusive basis this Agency doesn't offer preferential rates for sole-Agency agreements. We understand that location owners often like to try and attract business from their own websites etc, and prefer to offer highly competitive rates and win their respect through attracting lucrative opportunities to them.

We have many first time property owners on our books. If this is you, then we will guide and nurture you through the process, helping you with the registration process, teaching you about the "recce", and negotiating contracts with the film community on your behalf. Every film or photo shoot location is featured in a promotional page on our website. This page is posted to the major search engines and often picked up on Page 1 of the search engine. Each page has been structured to deliver up a comprehensive description and enough images to give film makers sufficient levels of comfort for them to make rapid decisions as to the potential suitability of your property for their production, thus enhancing your chances of being shortlisted.
