Errol Park is a substantial Victorian mansion overlooking the Tay Estuary.

Hidden behind the walls is 400 acres of gardens and parkland. The grounds include:

• a double story circular stable block with Tower clock (with original stables etc)


• four driveways/entrances with gate houses

• and walled gardens

Within the walled garden we have:

• Standing stones


• Old Folly with moat


• Wooded areas and open grounds

How to Get Here, and Parking

We have lots of space for parking and are very easy to get to (just 5 minutes off the A90/15 minutes off the M90).

The closest airport is Dundee, approximately 15 minutes drive. Edinburgh and Glasgow airports are both less than 50 miles, or an hour's drive away.

There are two train stations 15 minutes away (Perth & Dundee), and we also have suitable landing sites for Helicopters.

& Dundee)
