Film Production - "The Silencer"

In March 2005 Phoenix-i Productions, a Loughborough based company, filmed several action scenes on location at Stallington Hall Farm, Staffordshire.

On the day of the shoot the weather turned bitterly cold. Whilst scenes were enacted outside, members of the cast not directly involved in the scene, took turns in warming up in the kitchen by the Raeburn, their cold hands cradling mugs of hot coffee, and eating freshly prepared bacon sandwiches.

All of the action was shot on Digital camera. The project is currently in the editing stage of the process, and is scheduled to be released later in 2005.

Stallington Hall Farm was used as the backdrop for some of the external gangster action, in particular, several dialogue scenes featuring Steve Lawson (Bent Cop) and Clive Ward (Gangland Villain).
