The house was built in the 17th Century and first used as the tollhouse for the Millhaugh Bridge over the river Almond in Scotland.

The Millhaugh bridge is a listed building and forms a magnificent backdrop to the property as it can be seen from the garden.

The bridge together with the river are the properties most unique feature, ideal for anyone looking for a period built stone bridge/river setting.

The house is also stone built, has some period features, and is available for use as a film location all year round although the bridge is at its best in summer.

There is enough parking for about 10 cars on the driveway and outside the house.
