Our current "featured location" is Stallington Hall Farm in the Staffordshire Moorlands.
The outside of this featured location was used for action scenes during the recent production of "The Silencer" and is ear-marked for other similar activities with other production companies in the coming months.
Film locations appear to be a rare commodity in the county of Staffordshire, England and so this should be a welcoming site for local film makers.
Recently renovated, Stallington Hall Farm is a Georgian/Tudor beamed farmhouse offering lots of scope for a multitude of arts related projects.
The property is located on the outskirts of the Staffordshire Moorlands, in the West Midlands, and is in easy range of several major cities, both by car and public transport.
The property is offered for hire for TV, Film and Arts Projects.
Built in the 1600's, and extended in the 1700's, Stallington Hall Farm occupies approximately 1 acre of land, much of which has been landscaped to compliment the style of the property.
In March 2005, Stallington Hall Farm was used by Phoenix-i Productions as the backdrop for some of the external scenes for the film, "The Silencer". The filming took place in the grounds of the property and encompassed both action and dialogue scenes.
Potential Uses
The property is ideal for filming, drawing or painting:

Images ...
Below are pictures of the exterior of Stallington Hall Farm from the back, side and front, along with internal pictures to assist you in assessing suitability of the property to your specific technical/artistic location requirements.
External Images of SHF
From the pictures you can clearly see the L-Shaped form of the property, and the 3 main access doors on each of the sides.
This property can be viewed as either individual, traditional Tudor, Georgian styled houses, or as one large country house.
The wings are primarily differentiated by the beams attributed to the Tudor wing. However, the framed Georgian entrance hall, large square rooms, and the balance and style brought about through use of sash windows are typical features of the Georgian era.
Internal Pictures 17th Century Wing
The appearance of the 17th Century Wing of this property is consistent with a property of this age. (No, not delapidated!! LOL)
Inside, this wing has been tastefully restored and has a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Beams are clearly visible on several of the internal walls and ceilings, but are not oppressive.
Internal Pictures 18th Century Wing
Whilst the 17th Century Wing is identified with 500 year old beams, the 18th Century wing is noted for its classical Georgian styling.
The key features being the large square rooms with tall ceilings, Georgian sash windows and modern/neutral decor.
