It was a working farm until about 50-60 years ago when it belonged to the Neame family (of Shepherd Neame fame) who farmed hops for their brewery. It has recently been refurbished to a very high standard.
The house is approached by a private driveway and is very secluded with plenty of parking and secure outbuildings.
