The Old Post Office

1750's Village semi-detached cottage, formerly the Village Post Office, recorded in its day as the smallest Post Office in the Country.

The outside is of white painted render with white UPVC casement windows, with ivy and climbing roses up the front wall.

The garden is currently split in two and fenced to keep the new dog in. There are 2 large Aloe Vera ferox in the front garden, and a garage with white rendered walls and quoins.

It has been sympathetically revamped inside with oak beams, large farmhouse table, dresser/bureau in large lounge diner.

The property is situated in a quiet setting opposite Village church, close to St Ives Bay, Cornwall.
